  working now.
  
  
  For Internet Exlorer click on "safety" at upper right and then..."Delete Browsing History"
  
  Next, uncheck "Preserve Favorites Websites Data" and hit delete.
  
  
  This will clear the cookies....if Dgrin is in your "favorites.
  
  Worked for me!!!
