My 2008 in Review

I've gathered my favorite photographs from 2008 and put them in this gallery (too many to post them all in this thread):

I did cheat with one, and included a photo of myself (taken by my husband) from when I got my Masters, but w/ that one exception all the rest were taken by me. Enjoy! I look forward to another fabulous year of photography this 2009 :)

    Loved the pictures. Awesome basketball shot!
    Congrats on the Masters.
    I'm partial to the dog shot because I have two 5 month puppies and a 10yr old of the same breed.

    Oh snap, that reminded me of a bunch of photos I forgot to add...
    New additions since some of you first looked:
    -A firework photo from 4th of July
    -1 volleyball photo from homecoming
    -1 football photo from homecoming
    -A photo of the Canal Walk in Indianapolis
    -A photo of the sunset on Long Island
    -A photo of one of the Frank Lloyd Wright houses in Oak Park, IL
    -A photo of the Pep Band playing
    -A photo of a girl pretending to eat a worm at a pep band party

    I have my galleries all spread over in various categories on Smugmug, so my initial skim through some of my more used galleries on there... made me totally forget about some of the other 2008 photos I meant to include something from :)

    And yes Jeff, I photograph sports. Basketball's probably my favorite. I've done a couple football and volleyball games...but basketball I like to go to more regularly.

    I've also added captions to explain what / where some of these were taken, as about half were more for sentimental value, and the other half were from photo gigs.
