Looks like the Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh.
I find the clockwise tilt a little unnerving, but like the lines of the image. |

The verticals of the handrail look true but the horizontal of the dark area at the top of the tunnel does look slightly rotated. It doesn't really bother me much though. Better to keep your hands on the wheel.
