If you connect the phone to your computer with the USB cable that came with the phone you can mount the phone's disk as another drive. Then just drag the JPEG files to computer's hard disk. Windows may even ask if you'd like to import the images from your phone once it notices the phone has been connected. Personally I mount my phone's disk on my Mac and import the images directly from the phone into Aperture.
