Lynx Spiders lunch
Was out walking with my dog yesterday and came across a small (10" high) flowering bush. The bush was covered with Love Bugs so I knelt down and discovered this Lynx (?) spider having lunch.
My dog was unleashed so when he saw me on the ground he came running back to check on me. After I got him settled I noticed the spider had dropped it's lunch (was thinking my dogs tail knocked it out of the spiders grasp) so I picked the wasp up and placed it back on the the plant. Was happy to see the spider come back to it's lunch. It played with it a little then did something I have never seen. It walked out to the edge of the bush and dropped the wasp to the ground. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
