It is difficult to comment on the entries this time because the judging / evaluation is so subjective but this challenge definitely gave us an impressive set of entries, making it very hard to select only 10!

The effect you achieved is marvelous. It looks like an impressionistic painting. And many thanks for sharing your technique. I wondered how you got a 5 second exposure in the daytime.
