Hey there,

it could be "photo rag', museum etching, or any number of fine art paper, just go to a good camera store and they should have sample packs for you to look and feel, Beware their are dozens of papers that are similar so if you are printing yourself get the 10 sheet sample pack and try them out. This particular apple shot may also have a filter of some sort applied of which there are hundreds also.
