Marketing landscape prints
Hi all, I am curious if folks have any tips on online marketing landscape photographs. Is there a market for them or is it too broad? I used to sell my prints online on PBase - the occasional sale, mostly via google searches (a few hundred bucks in 1-2 months). Besides posting images to dpreview, pbase and sometimes dgrin, I didn't market it beyond that. Now I am trying out Smugmug's pro site, mostly because of how simple they make it to process and order prints. Given that smugmug is more pro-oriented, I want to maximize the possibilities of online sales (my primary model for sale). Any tips/suggestions on what I should be doing?
thanks
