This is for the 645 system and is an amazing lens. Excellent condition. The glass is perfect. I also have the Pentax 645 to K mount adapter and a 645 to Nikon adapter.

I haven't tried it but Pentax says it should work with their DSLR with the adapter. Stop down, manual focus.
