Split windshield. No wipers. Rounded window corners. Right-hand
drive (Yes, I know you're in Canada where there are more Brit cars
than seen around here) Would I see pop-out turn indicators if the
image was wider?

I agree with Tony, and he didn't even mention what appears to be a firex system and roll bar. I do want to know what the vehicle is.
