109: Einstein is going to hate me...
Right now Einstein is purring when I stick this 30mm macro lens in his face but I predict he'll draw blood before the next two weeks have ended
![]() I would appreciate input on how to make something like this more interesting? I'm completely new to macro photography. ![]() I like the colors in this one.. but kind of boring ![]()

Make sure your fingers or lens don't touch that pepper or you'll have a whole lot o' fun when the capsaicin eventually reaches your viewfinder... lol

LOVE the cats eye, but would like to see a cleaner eye ball. I had a similar idea but will scrap it now.
![]() Yeah, the pepper needs to be closer...

Another of the cat's eye.. I think I like the "attitude" in the first eye better?
He did in fact draw blood this morning when he got tired of me sticking the lens in his face ![]() ![]() I tried to get these little spikies to show up this morning with a large aperture setting.. interesting or too distracting?

I was leaning toward this one but I think the reflection is too much?

I did one on Bob's cat but he just appeared puzzled. I don't think he sees well although he seems to be able to catch moths so I guess he must think he can see. But he looks wall-eyed to me.

I'm guessing Einstein can see the laser the nex shoots for auto-focus range finding... every time the camera auto-focuses he squints...

I really like the angle of that last cat's eye, but you're right--the reflection is distracting. Can you work on that a bit in photoshop?

I agree... or shut the blinds... I like that you see his face.
