Reno Air Races
Anyone have any particular tips for the Reno Air Races? This is my first trip out there, but am going along with some non-photographer uncles that attend almost every year. I'll be out for the whole thing.
Anyone else going to be there? Any tips/tricks either photographic or general that'll help me out? I've shot at a couple of air shows before, so I have some grasp of how to go about things, but I'm never above taking reminders or whatever other info you guys might think handy .I've got a 100-400, 10-20, and 24-105mm lenses that are coming along for the ride with my 40D and IR-800 converted Rebel XT. Thanks! |

Going to be hard to know what the conditions will be given what happened last year.
Consider bringing a monopod for the 100-400. Run the 10-22 on the XT. Good to go. Look forward to your shots.
