Groovy colours, and a very tranquil effect.

Nice, but I think the horizon is too centered, and the bottom quarter of the water doesn't add much framing for me. I'd like it more as a panorama with the bottom quarter cropped of, what do you think?

Taking the bottom 25% off makes the horizon more centred, but it does look better. Especially as that diagonal streak of cloud reflection (bottom right) goes right into the corner when cropped.

I shall give it a shot when my computer is returned to me. CPU fan fritzed while I was away and I lost the motherboard.

I agree with everyone, I have a few similar experiences where I was on the water at dusk with great colors. This would make agreat panoramic. Very nice.

This is just slightly less than 25% and a slight crop on the right hand side to bring the sunset area closer to the right third.

Much better now. The crop not only looks better for proportion, it also looks warmer.

I have to agree with the crop. Funny, I did not see that as I generally look at everything with a 16:9 crop first. Thanks for all the suggestions. It really was a gorgeous sunset.
