pricing issues in galleries
why is this happening? i ahve set up custom pricing for a gallery (smugmug default in this case) but when a client goes to buy prints they come up much much more expensive (i believe at my portfolio pricing rates). why is this happening?

Could you PM me with a link to the exact gallery this is happening in and what the pricing should be, or send an e-mail to the help desk with the link and what the pricing should be so we can check this out for you?

If you set SmugMug default pricing at the gallery level, it will NOT override portfolio pricing.

You would need to set your gallery prices at least 1 penny higher in order to override portfolio pricing. Sorry for the inconvenience!
