We're doing a little traveling, so I thought that I'd share some of the places that we're visiting.

This is Caprock Canyons State Park in Texas, SE of Amarillo. I had only recently been told of this park and its unique beauty.

I was very surprised when we arrived. I thought that I must have made a wrong turn and wound up in Utah. The park is very picturesque. Our first day greeted us with nothing but heavy rain. That's OK though, as we seriously need it. The second day it finally stopped raining and we did get to go for a short hike. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Hi Randy, interesting series, fascinating geology. My favourite was #7 - really liked the abstract nature of it.

    Cheers, Richard.
