I like 1, 2, & 7 best, with the faux-grain low-res, in the moment look. Some of these look a bit overbaked though-- the strong halos in #6 pull me right out.

    My favorites as well.
I shot those with my E620 with that filter on, it's my favorite thing about my camera, but it does make for high contrast shot which I can tweak slightly, but it will still give me the overcooked high contrast look.
I'm trying to learn to process in that same manner on my new LR3--as you can see from shot #6 which was shot RAW and processed with a combo of LR3 and Picnik, I made a hot mess. I liked the shot, which is why I included it, but I did hate the processing.

#7 was also shot with that same filter, but was the exposure was kicked up a bit because it was intensely dark.

    Thanks for commenting Mark.

    Guys,
I wanted to share Gecko's thread with you in "The Big Picture".
I didn't want to start another thread, because it would probably get moved over to the Big Picture anyway. So I will add it here.

    It's a must see for "Street/PJ"

Each of your sets always gives an excellent sense of place. But of this collection, #1 is the one that attracts me and tells me the most. I think it would be worth experimenting with single image stories again.

    HI Jenn,
Thanks for commenting--I know it's a pain for you to wait for the photos to upload.

Thanks for the compliment about my sets:)
I have been doing one shots lately, but for this there were a few I really wanted to include, at the most though I should have used my top 3.

It is a challenge to tell a story with one shot.
