Quite an eclectic offering here, Eric. As usual, I really like your PP work with B&W. The first shot strikes home the most. A little while back I was treated to a guy's old outboard collection....126 of them, some quite rare and they ALL RUN.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

As you might know by now, I'm a big fan of B&W as well as toned shots such as #'s 1, 3 and 5. All of these are extremely well done. thumb.gif

For me, #4. Just love the B/W treatment. Not to mention the "imperfections" of retirement. The crooked eyes, in particular.

Good set all around, but for me #3 is outstanding. Great texture, composition and toning. I suspect something like that must be going on in my left foot these last few days :rutt.

    Thanks Tom, appreciate your support!
I like the outboards best too... these were spending their retirement at the Maritime Museum in San Diego.

Thank-you for your kind comments Wayne...
I like the antique toning also, and find it a fun challenge to try to find compositions that actually benefit from the treatment.

Thanks for the look and comments CCoop... I think we all find appeal in images like #4 because they trigger our natural tendency towards "facial recognition".
