Spring is all about wild flowers! Drought has affected us badly in California, but not all the flowers gave up and some shone through!

Below are my attempts to test Ralph Waldo Emerson's claim! All grades, wether failing or passing are equally appreciated!

I like flowers... Some good ones here...

    Great bee... loaded with pollen

You might like to try to spritz the flowers with water, the beads can catch some light and add some interest

    Thanks Rags! Much appreciate it!!
Should have thought of the spray bottle.....will try to add it to the kit. Usually involves hiking with a group so in tad of a hurry, but if I can get beads to be backlit and form stars and stuff that will take the creativity to another level and can't thank you enough!
    Cheers!

Many thanks Anna Maria!! I know the name of some of these, but #7 is too unique even for people who do know. It was one bush I spotted on side of the hill where chance of rolling down was pretty good. Managed to get these, but not sure what. I like these flowers because they are so intricate and delicate when you see them and it truly is nature's especial treat!
    Cheers!

Taz, Great set! These would make VERY nice pictures as a part of any gardener's calender! and with a few shots left over. I could look at any one of these shots for a whole month! No problem.

We're getting snowed on right now. All the flowers, wild or not, are currently shivering in their boots! :D
