Ok - so if you were a Vegas bookie what would be your line for the next round of sm features? Lots of talk about amazing new features. What will they be?

Mine

2/1 new labs in Canada and Australia
15/1 expiration dates for events
4/1 simple favorite system for clients

get real no vegas bookie or any bookie anywhere would touch this for any amount of money.... or it may depend on the investors when it goes public next year.............................................. ..

I am not willing to bet against SmugMug.

I have been with them about 3 years now.
They have always exceeded my expectations although I sometimes hate to admit it.
The customer service has bent over backwards for me on numerous occasions.
They continue to put out a quality product.
I'm not thrilled about the price increase, but this is the first I have seen in the time I have been here.
From what I have seen at the other sites, the prices are reasonably in line.
I don't make a ton of money from my site, and I don't use a lot of storage space.
I like the forum, community and smug heroes.
As for next round of features, I am willing to wait and see.
They will probably surprise me once again!

I'm staying put for now!

I am betting and hoping for Gallery Expiration options and reminder emails to clients. As well as allowing clients to pick their favorite images in their gallery! So many other companies offer this service, but smug mug has a lot to offer too. But, they are really getting left behind in a few crucial areas that are so important running a business as a photographer.

they seem to be focusing on the Android version of mobile phone photography. Not really where I want my fee spent, when there's a long list of requested features to do.
