The colors seem to be very true in both of these. Nice shots! thumb.gif

Great captures. What time was the first shot taken, I'm doing a sunrise model shoot here on the NC coast this weekend.

My EXIF says 6:27 am, and sunrise was like 6:17. First light was at 5:40 or so. Set my alarm for 0-dark-thirty in what seemed like pitch dark to go make photos. Right?! Always a struggle to get out of bed, and always worth it!

Thanks for looking and for your helpful comments. That bird flew up and I just started firing away, hoping and hoping just to get him in frame. I was in "one-shot" drive mode (not sports multiple shot). I'm pretty happy with where he placed himself! Thanks for looking!

Thanks for looking and commenting. I think my white balance is straight out of camera. I don't think I modified the temp in LR. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your input. Exposures were very different in these two ... the first is a fast shutter to darken exposure against the bright sun, allowing the bird capture. The second is a slow exposure with a 0.9 ND filter in an attempt to blur the waves and water in to a creamy blur. A fun experiment for me. Appreciate your help! --CCoop
