I'm assuming she's reading some visitor information about the gardens.

I find the body language disconcerting. She looks like she's standing to attention, which in turn leads me to think about what causes her to stand in this way, some kind of institutionalised background?

It's not a 'wow' image however I think it's qualities lie deeper than what you see at first glance.
