Brockholes Autumn

Brockholes Autumn - a friend hit upon the idea of doing downward panning of the trees on a walk around the local nature reserve, Brockholes on the outskirts of Preston. I thought they looked good in a triptych, all taken on the 70D of course...

I think the presentation of the shots in the triptych fashion was instrumental to the overall success of this effort. The individual photos, shown as such, would not have the same punch as the three of them do presented together. Nice execution.thumb.gif

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Cheers Tom. The best way to see them I reckon would be three canvas prints, either horizontally or vertically on the wall...

I love this type of tree shot--just did some yesterday. Your execution is terrific; so often I end up with a muddle if the shutter speed and the motion aren't right. I like the triptych presentation also, but I would like that first one on a big canvas by itself. I am really drawn to this one.
