I explored a new road this morning. The road was a little unnerving but the views were great.

    Very nice. thumb.gifThat territory looks to be most uninviting . It's interesting that the two major cloud formations seem to mimic each other.

    It appears to have been well worth the trip, Don. There is the hint of a lunar landscape in the distance.
    The variety of gray tones really makes the shot for me.

    Super nice. I was wondering if a more dramatic sky from using a red/IR filter on the lens would make the scene pop more, but then I thought that a more contrasty sky would take attention away from the ground.

    Very nice composition and light.
