The Hot Seat

A lifelong interest in landscape photography has led Eyal Oren to make a study of his adopted hometown of Marblehead, MA. As you can see, his dedication is paying off!

Excellent. The little splash of color makes all the difference.

Like it. It's cool that the little bit of color is brought down by her feet also with the fallen petals. Nice catch.

What they said plus I love the contrast of the pattern on the stairs with the pattern of her stockings.

It's also very cool that the fallen petals happened to be right in the distinct line of differently tinted/dirtied grout lines from all the others. The more I look at this the more I like it. Nice work!

Thanks everyone. I just feel lucky that I didn't trip and fall as I clambered up the stairs while dialling in exposure.
