  Do they ship to Pakistan or Norway?
  I am not able to find shipping rates to Pakistan, i created account and processed till payment method and all price it shows is 29.67$ does that mean they are not charging any extra price on shipping to Pakistan?

  I might suggest you e-mail them. They have a better chance of having answers to your question than will anyone on DGrin.
