Add this to the gallery description's where you need the translation....or you could add it to your header and it will appear on every page :
Code:

<html>
<!-- Google Translate Element -->
<div id="google_translate_element" style="display:block"></div><script>
function googleTranslateElementInit() {
  new google.translate.TranslateElement({pageLanguage: "af"}, "google_translate_element");
};</script>
<script src="http://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit"></script>
</html>
