Robots.txt is blocking search engine(s).

The robots.txt file is set up automatically depending on your SmugMug settings. Your site can be indexed by search engines just fine as I explained in your SEO thread (take another look at the replies you received there for details).
Searching for your site www.photoproalbum.com on Google, it's coming up fine as the first result.

If you want your site to come up for your name as well, check your settings. Head over to the control panel > settings tab > site-wide settings > name > change. Change "name display" to "First Last(nickname)".
It might also help to add your name to your site as text. Right now you only have it as part of your graphic banner.
You can try adding it to the control panel > settings tab > site-wide features > Search Engine Settings & Optimizations > homepage meta description as well.

As I said on the SEO thread, your site is getting indexed by search engines. If you still look at the GoDaddy SEO tool, I suggest you to leave that alone as it doesn't seem to be giving accurate information for your site.
