Every weekend, Transintl.com has specials on stuff like RAM, drives, etc. for readers of the site xlr8yourmac.com. You have to go to xlr8yourmac.com every Friday to see the current weekend's link, and it's up all weekend.

Last weekend they had 4GB (2x2GB) RAM for Mac Pro for $368. I bought that and it's running now. This weekend, it's $358.

My only connection with either site is as a reader/customer. Transintl.com is not new; I've bought drives and RAM from them before and they are commonly referred to by good Mac sites.

A few people on macrumors.com forums were having issues with tranintl.
It was mainly the heat sinks though. Maybe this has been fixed?
