Quick question about Slideshow Gallery
Hello dgrinner Pros!

I have a question here ... On my homepage I have a slideshow running.
I also have a link under my 'About' drop down so that people can view descriptions of these pics if they wish. My question lies here ...

I would like to give people the option to use whichever view 'style' they prefer when clicking this link, but right now they cannot click an individual image in certain styels to view the captions. Also in the captions are some links to the respective galleries or otherwise. (Basicaly I styled this around the smugmug theme).
Can these show in different viewing styles?
What are my options here? I have these images 'protected' but would not to have them able to be copied by printing screen or otherwise as well.

Also is it possible to only allow a few viewing styles and not all of them?

I know this is probably clear as mud - so please let me know if I need to be more specific.

Thanks in advance!

You can either lock a gallery into a style, or you can allow the viewer to select any of the styles. Unfortunately it isn't possible to specify which styles you will allow people to choose. It's one or all.

As far as protecting your images goes, if they are viewable on the web they can be grabbed with a screen capture tool. And if they are viewable on the web, the images that are currently on the screen are sitting in the browser cache. A computer-savvy person can grab the images from there. This is not a SmugMug issue, it's just a fact of life when you're sharing anything on the web.

Keep in mind that the images that you are showing on your site are small - you're not allowing access to the original or to the two larger viewing sizes.
