We just updated our website using livebooks. Our bread and butter biz are weddings, but I wanted to show some of our other work too, and I'm wondering if this other work could potentially turn off brides browsing our site.
Can you take a look at it, and PLEASE be HONEST with C&C? Thanks in advance!

I went to your site linked above and saw nothing I would be worried about......so you are diverse, you have to be.....we, as photogs can no longer just shoot in 1 specialized category.....like weddings or portraits or just seniors....the economy will not allow it....it is either diversify , have a second job or die............

WOW...your Architectural photography is mind blowing! First off, where the hell are all these places? And second...how are you lighting them? HDR?

Oh...as for your site update...if brides are your main clientele, I would put more pictures of wedding on the homepage slideshow....

I'd loose the shot of the shirtless guys with the bunny ears. Looks too much like a frat house party, and isn't up to the standards of your other work.

Very nice work:) I might place a few more bridal on the page but for the most part, I don't think that having other work displayed would turn off potential brides. thumb.gif

I actually thought that were too many galleries... I think you should probably only have one gallery of each type (i.e., one wedding gallery rather than three), but that's just me. I like to aim for simple :) I'd pick a few of your absolute best from each of the multiple galleries and combine them into one single fantastic gallery.

My original post was in direct answer of if there was anything to be worried about or to turn off potential brides......I wasn't looking to nit...but I do agree with Kinkajou...the simpler the betterthumb.gifthumbthumb.gifthumbthumb.gifclap.gifclapclap.gifbowdown.gifbowbowdown.gif
