These are from last Saturday...posted a link a couple days ago. I resized these for Facebook so figured I would post here. Great couple, rainy day, dark venue so lots of flash. I prefer not to use flash much but really had no choice at this venue.

Really like the detail in the ring shot but the group shot with the grooms is my favorite. Great images!

    Thanks everyone!
    1 3 5 6 are with a 42" softbox shooting an sb800 through it.
2 is flash on a bracket bounced off the ceiling, sb800 again
    4 is room light
    7 is on camera flash
8 9 are flash on bracket straight on for fill
I always use high iso so I get lots a lot of ambient, as much as possible I don't want people to able to tell flash was used.

Thanks Angie, yeah I did 40 the last two years, this year only 3. But it is freeing me up to do more creative photography and to continue to learn and perfect my craft, enjoying the change a lot.

Ring shot is with the 150 Sigma macro. The groom shot....that is what you get when you say "Everybody point at the guy you think has the best chance of getting lucky tonight!" haha Sadly nobody pointed at me :(

For someone who prefers not to use flash, you do a really stunning job with your flash!

And those are some wicked cool rings :)

Really great job, zoomer. The ring shot - I mean, I don't think it's real ice, but it still looks COLD lol. I love #1. What a gorgeous bride, and I love the parasol and the way you posed her!

Thanks everyone appreciate you taking the time to comment.

I use flash a lot but I like it to be my choice lol...

It is real ice..I stole it from the bar. Yes parasol's just seem to fit well with brides and bridesmaids.

Yes the bride and groom are happy with their photos, thanks.
