PremierePro CS4 Export Presets for SmugMug

Does anyone have a decent export preset for HD videos for uploading to Smugmug. I'm fed up with uploading huge clips only to get the error at the end that the clip failed to process.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Any clue what this means? The latest error - "wrong hash received".

    While it may not be the answer for you, what I do in Premiere Elements is export it and then use Adobe Media Encoder to export the file to H.264 with AAC. Gives me great compression and works just great with SmugMug.
