Sigma 80-400mm with OS for Video
I was taking some pics in the zoo the other day and decided to test how
my Sigma 80-400mm/4.5-5.6 EX OS lens works for videos. The following
sequence was shot at 400mm and f5.6 using a monopod and with OS turned
on. Maybe you wonder why use OS on a monopod? What I noticed was that OS
reduced vertical shake quite a bit and did not produce erratic OS movement,
thats why I used it. Anyway, here it is:

I think it works nicely but could benefit from using a tripod to eliminate the
rest of the camera movement.

Nice looking shot, I agree with you on the tripod.
Mono helps me some with my 70-200 and x2 ext on the 5dm2, but longer vid shots look better with the tripod.
