5. On my 3rd day I was out swimming and stepped on one of these suckers. Unbelievably painful I tell you, no vinegar where we were so had to take some gasoline out of the boat and pour that on my foot.

6. My great Aunt. She was pretty much our surrogate mother. Took care of us for half of our lives. And now she's taking care of my sister's kids.

    These make me homesick lol. I haven't been back since '96. All your shots are beautiful! Specially the portraits. (That spiky thing was *huge* :crazy)
