Exporting from Lightroom

In smugmug help, they suggest that using a level of JPEG 10 is usually sufficient to maintain a high quality for prints. I use Lightroom 2.2. In the export dialog in LR, there is a place to adjust quality in the file settings, but it goes from 1 to 100. What is the comparable setting that will match up with SMugMug's suggested lvel of JPEG 8, 10 and 12.

Thanks in advance for your kind help.

    I use 85% and find it similar to level 10.

    If 12 is the max, then 12 = 100%. So, 100/12 = 8.333. Each step in the 12 step program is 8.333%.

    So, 12 = 100%
    10 = 83%
    8 = 66%

    and so on.
