You've photographed that little tree on the left before, haven't you? :D

You certainly have some spectacular scenery out in your neck of the woods. The light and shadow in this shot are amazing, Aaron. And they are even further enhanced by the natural beauty that is there.

Very beautiful place Aaron, and well captured. thumb.gif I like the layers, but my eye keeps looking for something to focus on.

next time i could add 12 feet of that FG, do you think that would help?

Really nice work here, Aaron. thumb.gif

But like Dan, my eyes aren't finding a place to stop and rest, they just keep wandering around. It looks like, if you were to reshoot and take a few steps to the right, you may be able to get some of the lines through the rock to converge near the small outcrops that are just off-center now. The majority of the lines I see in the image seem to be leading towards there, but a stronger convergance might make for a more suitable focal point.

Excellent pano! I like it just the way it is. thumb.gif

This location looks a whole lot like Valley of Fire.

Not bad. That's what it looked like when I was there, nearly a year ago, with storm clouds in the sky.

And just in case everyone doesn't know, Snow Canyon is what, about 5 miles from your house?
