    I have a pair of them "under glass"...literally. My great aunt Emily left them to my father and he to me. They were made by a taxidermist in 1902 and still look wonderful.:D

    Wow, taxidermy. That's a whole new world to me. Maybe you would consider posting a few shots Ric?

    I put "suet" on my backyard tree and they were attracted to it along with a million finches eating the seed I put out. I had never seen this behavior from quail. Thanks for asking Eia :D

    Great shots, I love the 1st one also. Last one looks a little soft or oof to me. Not sure, could just be my sorry eyes. I'd love to have some shots of these.

    So lovely. I like one best but they are all very nice. It's amazing the detial of the featers.
