great fun if you're the one riding, but for watching - it just doesn't have the interest for me. so off i went, a bit of a picture taking challenge.

Brad Lackey holds a round of the AHRMA mx series out at Sand Hill Racing. a few of the former legends show up for some racing and what not.

1. Rigors of Tech Inspection

2. Graham Noyce. the guys next to me said he would ride until the skin fell off his hands. a committed guy no doubt.

I remember Graham Noyce, I had just left school when he won the world championship, I think it was on a 400 Maico. Good to see the old boys still at it.

    A nice set of pictures

draggin, thanks for the response. Noyce was 500cc World Champ in '79.
he was riding a honda on this day.

eek7.gif now with 60 peeks and no other comments... either a) these shots do not fit in with the majority of sporting shots - school sports. or b) they are so uninteresting they are not worth commenting upon.

    all the best,
yours on a cranky sunday. hopefully yours is a beaut.

yo these are great. I had toyed with the idea of attending this but being in NY it was going to be expensive. I did have a local contact who is a member of the Ramblers, the host club along with Brad Lackey, and he'd sent me his pics, but yours are GREAT!.

Love the shots of the faces, Noyce, Grant, Silverthorn. Great stuff!

The DGrin crowd tends to be on the quiet side so don't take the lack of responses as a negative.

Great shots, I'm off to your smugmug to see who else is in there.
