I really like this. Something about the weird white leaves makes it look really cool. Kinda interesting to see Yosemite granite look like Nevada sandstone. :D

I need to get a REAL camera!

Very nice. Wish the back rock was just a tiny bit lighter. Love the hand-painted feel of it. Gotta get IR. :D

thank you all....coldclimb, andy, wxwax, gubbs & 4labs...you guys are my inspiration to keep trying new stuff. i applaud all your super postings clap.gifbowdown.gif

i used marc's quick mask to select various parts of the scene, went to hue/saturation, clicked colorize, and adjusted the hue to give it an unreal yet not too wierd coloring, then adjusted saturation to give it a pastel feel. (i see i missed some rock to the right ne_nau.gif ) i'll keep working on it and repost the next version.

yeah Fred, it does look better bigger...thanks. the Sony does a good job with IR. i'd like to see some of yours!

Steve, you like the first version better? i have to learn when to stop messing with it Laughing.gif. tried to let some of the blue of the water show through the green of the trees, but the reflection takes up so much of the water portion i think it could be too much. thanks!
