Is it a Santa Paula Express, by any chance? mwink.gif

Nope not the Santa Paula...this train is in Mt. Dora, FL.

Agh... I haven't done one of these in a while... So I looked for an easier one to jump back into these. Here is my "vanishing point". I tell you what, I'm in love with my 50D, on my XSI that sky would look white/light blue, and not darker blue. AMAZING! This picture is straight out of the camera, no editing. ISO 100, 28mm, f/10, 1/125s

    Thanks!

The first and last one are vanishing points. not too sure about the middle one... maybe if you look at it as just the pillars ne_nau.gif ... but thats not what I see first when I look at it soo.. yeah. idk Nikolai is the pro here not me.

Marjohn, all these do represent the VP (i.e. convergence to infinity) effect, #1 and #3 better than #2.
However, the overall quality is - again ne_nau.gif - pretty weak. Imagine you're playing with the iron chefs and the you must incorporate the secret ingredient into your 5 course meal. Each chef may be awarded up to 20 points by each judge, with ten given for taste and five each for presentation and originality. Naturally, if you don't use your secret ingerient (i.e. "theme" in our case) or use it in barely-there way you won't stand a chance, but nevertheless the overall score is awarded to the meal as a whole. And this is what we're trying to achieve here. Learn how to create great photographs, while staying within certain restictions. Luckily, you only compete with yourself, not even a timer, so I hope this helps to keep the pressure level down.
But the results better we worth your time taking the picture and ours looking at it...mwink.gif

As a VP shot, I thing this would work better over her sholder with the gun pointing away from the camera. Possibly a little double entendra! :D

    I see a "gun" shot. :-)

VP - not really. Converence effect is subtle and an extremely busy background totally kills it. ne_nau.gif
