Horseneck Beach, Wesport Mass.

My wife and I took a ride over to the other end of the state last weekend. We spent some time walking the dunes on this beach and reminiscing. It was here ten years ago that we shared our first kiss. Aw shucks :lust. The weather was beautiful (88 deg.) and we hated to leave. The last image has had it's WB decreased to about 3650 (from 5000), exposure reduced and darkened significantly to empasize the Meunch star and eliminate most non blue color in an attempt to impart the bittersweet feeling often felt when a wonderful day ends and becomes just a memory.

    Hey, I used to go to Horseneck Beach myself when I was a kid. So these shots bring back memories for me as well.

    Nice shots, and the processing works well. And your wife is lovely!

    Jack, I grew up in Mass, and have lived in Natick, Framingham, Worcester, and Tyngsboro. Left for California in '84.
