Participated in a portrait-taking event for poor inner city folks in the downtown Dallas area last weekend, here are a few of my favorites.

All shot with a 5D and 85mm f/1.8 handheld, only used a 430exII on the indoor shot.

I'm not crazy about the PP either, but look at the carpet rug I had to use for a background...a color shift was definitely necessary imo!

I really like 1 & 2. The processing in 2 is right down my alley, and MUCH better than the rug mwink.gif. I just have to say those girls in 2 have some cute footwear!

15524779-Ti.gif The rug isn't great, but you were right to change the color. In any event, it doesn't stop it from being a wonderful shot. Well done. thumb.gif

Really like shot #1. His hands framing his head. Nice PP thumb.gif

Second shot is nice too. Good job on the posing.

Third shot, I'm not that crazy about, but there's a lot of JOY there for her, and that in itself makes it thumb.gif
