Like it. The first one caught me off guard because the officer in the background looks like Sgt. Shultz from Hogan's Heroes. The helmets are very WW-II German looking.
I like the second one as the juxtaposition of the officer in full armor and automatic weaponry against the civilians who are going along just happy. His reaction to the flash makes him have a 'good evening to you, ma'am' look to him.
The last one was a great use of the squad-car lighting. Very great effect.
I don't think the flash worked on #2. And it looks like the cop blinked
It may well not have. It wasn't my flash though. I was trying to get a shot of others getting a shot of an anti-terrorist officer being oogled by the fans.... the weird juxtaposition of The Warrior grinning for the tourists and the tourists squealing in delight was appealing and very "New Yorkish". But it might not have been in the shot, and if it ain't there....
The last one was a great use of the squad-car lighting. Very great effect

Thanks but what was amazing to me was that it came out at all as it was handheld - never expected it would. luck o' the gods...

#3 is interesting. The flare adds a quality of chaos.
