How Can I Get My Pics To Upload?

Hello everyone, i am new to this site.
I am trying to upload my picture and the site says: "can only upload 100 by 100 pixels. I changed the size and i am still having trouble??? Any sugestions? thanks, Mary:):

    I'm assuming you mean a picture for your avatar. Here is a recent post on sizing your photo.
