I've had a mixed bag of comments from friends about my Yellowstone images. Some love the color. Some think I pushed the envelope too far. What do you think?

    Colors
I think this question is really subjective. However, for me, I love the color iloveyou.gif bold and striking. Love it. My favorites are 2, 5 and 7 (especially). Great job, thanks for sharing :D
Canon 30D & REB XT (thinking of converting to infrared), Sigma 10-20mm, Tammy 17-50mm 2.8, Canon 24-70mm 2.8, 70-200mm 2.8 IS, Tokina 100mm 2.8 Macro, Canon 50mm 1.8, Canon 1.4 ext, and Sigma 4.5 fish eye along with a Bogen by Gitzo Tripod, Manfrotto Ball Head, MacBook PRO, several HOYA filters and a 2GB & 8GB San Disk, 160GB Sanho storage device (really cool btw)......wishing for a Canon 100-400mm. :wink

Yellowstone is my wonderland!! I spent the summer of '98 working in the park(Grant Village). It has now been 11yrs since I was there but it is high on the "family vacation list"! Thanks for posting the pictures, brings back lots of wonderful memories!!! I can't wait to look at the gallery!wings.gif

I love the color in the photos!! Only one that looks a little off is #4, the lower falls I think?? A little less color enhancement on the left and it would be a great photo!! I have that same photo only mine was taken with a cheap 35mm pentax...

I am not into the HDR look but I think #3 and #5 you posted here are quite cool. I am hoping to get here next year. Place looks amazing.
