First of all, I want to apologize for taking so long to make my decision, as there was a family emergency. Also, the entries were just so good that I couldn't decide! :D I was totally in awe of so many of the images entered.

Honorable mentions...no particular order:

I shot Don a PM. It's looks as though he hasn't been on the board since the 12th, so who knows.

I think these Mini's need to be just that, Mini.
The month long was to long of a time frame. I think some folks that entered early on have forgotten about it.

    Just my opinion.

Nice job, everyone! Those were some excellent final choices, but there were a TON of beautiful shots... tough to narrow it down, I bet!

I'm with davev... this one seemed to drag on much longer than some of the previous mini-challenges... or maybe it just felt that way for me because I didn't have anything of value to enter :)

First of all, thanks for the consideration Mahesh. There were some incredible entries. Would not have wanted to make that choice.

Secondly, I would tend to agree that the Mini-Challenge should be quicker. Maybe 1-2 weeks. Seems like there are plenty of entries. Might depend a little on what the subject is. If there is a "Sunset" challenge, then it would seem that a week might be fine, because everyone has a sunset or two. If it is a "Lightning" challenge, then maybe 3-4 weeks, to allow for more participants.

Don, I just posted it about 3 minutes ago. No one has replied just yet. It would not hurt my feeling to defer to you for the next challenge. You earned it. If you're reading this now, and no one has responded, PM me and I will take this down for you to submit a round.

Or, would you co-judge this one with me?
