Some of my wedding photography...

Aloha everyone! I'm the new person.. so I wanted to show some of my work and get some input. I just started doing wedding photography December of 2008.. and I truely enjoy it! Some people think I'm crazy for getting into it because it can be stressful, but I think its just a great opportunity to be creative - it makes it easier to photograph the "love" on there wedding day :) These are a few of my favorites so far... but I'm open to constructive critism - I know I'm not the best and there is always room for improvement. I would love to get your professional opinion on my photos. So far I've only done 8 Weddings this year and hope to book more in the future! Thanks guys/gals!

I'm not sure what sexual orientation has to do with this... but I like your pics!

I think they are good, but I have one big problem..... I keep getting the feeling that they are all to far away.... On most of them I think this, " zoom in, I want to see!!!"headscratch.gif Does anyone else have that feeling, or is it just me?

That is the ticket, crop'em all and when you think you have cropped enough crop it a little bit more and you will give the intimacy of the picture to the subjects!

While nice scenery is nice to have in a picture it is not nice to have it compete for attention with the subject especially in wedding photography.

I like #2, #7, and #8 best of these. The heart graffiti on the wall in #2 is a perfect touch.

I like the original crops just fine, but the closer crops aren't bad either.

I agree with Mr Quiet, it looks great when up in close. Not bad before, mind, but wedding shots are really all about the emotion, and you need to feel intimate with the action to bring that across.
