shipping bay photo prints to clients

Hello friends 
I am currently using bay photo for my orders via my smug account. All the 8x10s arrived in one sleeve with cardboard protecting them in an envelope, but now I have to send them out to a few different locations. (I wanted to review them rather than shipping directly. I also didn't want my receipt with prices going to the clients, though I'd assume if you ship to an alternate address bay photo accommodates).
I would like to package them as professionally as I can so that they arrive undamaged and are packed in a professional manor. Any recommendations?
