Seriously...I really want this one to work, but unfortunately, between the lack of light, and visual messiness of it, it just doesn't work for me. I wish that something in it were really sharp, but...:cry

Actually I am with you on this one. I wish, too! It is a new feature at the local mall, so maybe I'll get to try again, soon. I have some video footage off my Pentax I will try to get posted eventually and will link that!

Wow! If that is a regular thing there, I'd go back, and back and back. Try freezing the background; try freezing the ball; freezing a kid; blurring a little; blurring a bit more. Great find - keep shooting it!

And don't forget to go in the darn thing and see if it is as fun as it looks!

What a great feature. I see a series of photos headed our way. clap.gif

NOt likely! This is kid size and I'm 6ft 5in. I'd have to crawl the whole time or crouch and I'm too old for that. Besides, ones pants and shirt do get wet! I definitely would have twenty years ago! thumb.gif

Actually this mall is not so close that I can be at it a lot, but I do plan to get back there soon. :D

Yes, this would be fun to work and I'm sure you can get a better shot. But this one has something going for it that I like quite a bit: the figure of the boy himself in motion. I like his stance; it's very dynamic. What about a square crop, inscribing the bubble:

So where exactly is this mall?
    If not now, when?

This save certainly works for me. The Bubble is fairly sharp. It is everything else that wasn't. I just didn't have a good context shot to go with it! :D

We'll see what the future holds!

You mean, this is real, not an optical illusion? How do you get in? How do you get out?

    No illusion.

Not a great shot, but answers the question.

See the zippered opening and the blower nozzle?
