Hello -

I need some help on filtering and deleting photos. My situation is this:

* The photos I want to keep are in collections
* I would like to delete the photos that are not in a collection

I'm not sure how to tell lightroom "show me all photos that are not in a collection."

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Joey

    Howdy.

There may be an easier way, but you could do it with color labels. If your color labels aren't in use, assign a single color to everything in your collections. In Grid mode, create a custom metadata filter for color. Highlight all colors not the assigned collection color. You will now be looking at everything except what's in your collections.

Even if you have some colors assigned, you might want to think about it.

In the meantime, someone might share a better idea.
    Peace,
    Lee
